Position: Senior Architectural Graduate/Documentation (Contract Role)

Location: Claisebrook (in-studio) | Work-from-home flexibility

We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Graduate specialising in Design and Documentation to join our growing studio, in fun and buzzing Claisebrook Design Community, Perth.  DSGN Studio is boutique studio dedicated to creating unique and well-designed spaces, from custom renovations and extensions to new residential builds. This role offers the opportunity to work closely across all stages of a project, collaborating with consultants, builders and a diverse range of creative partners.

Role Details

• Contract basis: Approx. 25–30 hours per week

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hourly Rate: Based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of Architectural design and documentation experience and project coordination (within Australia).

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative, thoughtful design.

• Experience across all stages: from concept design and council planning to building approvals, detailed documentation,

  and construction drawings.

• Solid understanding of local planning policies, NCC, and experience in council approval stages.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and solve problems with initiative.

Skills Required

• High proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit

• SketchUp experience is a plus

This is a contract role (2–4 days per week) with the potential to grow into a more permanent position for the right candidate. We offer a supportive and flexible working environment, and the chance to work on a variety of exciting, design-led projects.
